Built out of frustration with spreadsheets
AssetBase started when we kept seeing the same problem: teams tracking assets in spreadsheets, losing track of who borrowed what, and scrambling for audit trails at year-end. The tools that existed were either too complex, too expensive, or designed for the wrong use case entirely.
We set out to build something different — a system that works the way teams actually work. One where borrowers don't need to create accounts. Where admins get real-time visibility in seconds. Where the setup time is measured in minutes, not weeks.
